Yi Teng smsed me about an hour ago but i didn't read it till 1am. I have my history test tmr and I am tired and all, but i really wanted to blog about it because i need a memory of this.
she told me she teared while listening to Uruha's guitar solo in Reila.
That might have been the most memorable sentence she told me in our whole entire encounter and friendship and fangirlship.
Seriously... I think reila isn't exactly a huge favourite among gazette fans. I don't know, i never really went around asking. but it is a very special song for me because not only it shares the same katakana as my name, but because this is exactly the song, that made me love Uruha so much.
I remember vividly how I teared when i first heard reila... with no idea what the song was about at all. It wasn't Aoi that caught me despite him starting the solo first, or the fact he was the one playing both acoustic or electric that makes him seem technically more brilliant.
It was Uruha that pulled that string in my heart.
I know yi teng didn't feel anything the first time she heard it, and she was so surprised to see the number of plays reila got in my itunes gazette list. but... really...
i felt like i managed to convince and get one more person understand what i meant when i am able to differentiate the two of them, Uruha and Aoi, just by intuition and feelings.. I don't need to know how technically a guitar works, or what part is what or anything like that. I just know it... that it's Uruha playing it. Some VERY VERY rational, practical or whatever person might think i'm a big liar saying this but. really. even to me...
